Hi! U.S. girl (18) going vegan after two years vegetarian:)

On a family trip to Ireland, I stayed at a family farm and met the sweetest lamb on the planet. I have always been an “animal lover”, and after that, I looked into animal agriculture to find a monstrous animal abusing industry. I’m a senior in high school, and my parents are very against me going vegan. This isn’t the first time I’ve tried to go vegan, and the first happened during a lapse into anorexia a couple years ago, and they believe I can’t be vegan without having disordered eating. If anyone has advice, I’d love some, but otherwise, it’s great to join! :)
