New to vegan way of eating

Hi from Bel Air MD. I have been eating a vegan diet for 8 weeks. Although I am committed to this new WOE, I find it a little difficult bc so many vegan recipes include one or more of the following foods,, all of which i hate: mushrooms, onions, peppers, peas, chickpeas, and sweet potatoes. By joining, I hope to find recipes that I will eat and learn how to prepare foods I have never eaten, such as lentils and tofu.

Our recipes course is getting revamped so there's going to be far more recipes soon, in the meantime I hope you find some good stuff! :rooster: :glowing-star:

Hi, I’m a 15 year old and I have no idea how to cook. I also don’t know what to buy.
