Veganic farming

Where can I learn more about veganic farming practices? I've grown up in urban areas all my life, so have no farming experience, but I'd really like to find out. I've met people who care deeply about cultivating compassion for the world and all beings, yet still believe regenerative grazing is a good solution, or that veganic permaculture isn't feasible. I'd like to have more familiarity and be able to talk about farming, but even more so, I'd like to gain hands-on experience of growing food.
